We plan the relevant activities by ensuring the optimum use of existing resources, manage the supplier and contractor selection process, prepare technical specifications and bidding documents and follow up the purchasing stages. As the employer’s technical consultant at every stage of the project, all risks are determined in advance and necessary interventions are made. Therefore, possible damages/losses on behalf of the employer are prevented.
