Setif Park Mall is located in the wealthy and business-oriented city of Algeria, Setif, and occupies an area of 144.750 m2. The project includes a 49.000 m2 shopping mall, a 21.000 m2 hotel, a 14.000 m2 office building, a 2.000 m2 conference center and a 43.000 m2 multi-storey car park. The 17-floor hotel has 192 rooms, 3 meeting rooms, restaurants, bars, a pool, and a health center.
