There are 2 towers with 20 floors + 3 basement floors and 2 blocks with 8 floors + 2 basement floors in the project. Offices, banks, library and restaurants will be located on the tower floors, while offices, conference and meeting rooms and cafeterias will be located on the blocks. These towers that have a smart system, have been designed in accordance with the concept of smart concept building in order to use the commercial activity with maximum efficiency. The project comprises all turnkey works in Finance City with a construction area of 154.000 m2.
